Mortgage Comparison: Venezuela: Caracas vs Sudan: Khartoum !

So heres today's daily fix of mortgage comparisons! Just to give you an idea of mortgage prices in other places in the world! ;D

Now here we have Venezuela, the city of Caracas!,
Caracas is the capital and largest city of Venezuela; natives or residents are known as CaraqueƱos. It is located in the northern part of the country, following the contours of the narrow Caracas Valley on the Venezuelan coastal mountain range (Cordillera de la Costa). The valley's temperatures are springlike. Terrain suitable for building lies between 760 and 910 m (2,493.44 and 2,985.56 ft) above sea level.

Average House Price: £53,000
Average Mortgage:  £60,000

VS

And here we have Sudan, the city of Khartoum!
Khartoum is the capital of Sudan and of Khartoum State. It is located at the confluence of the White Nile flowing north from Lake Victoria, and the Blue Nile flowing west from Ethiopia. The location where the two Niles meet is known as "al-Mogran". The main Nile continues to flow north towards Egypt and the Mediterranean Sea.

Average House Price: £43,00
Average Mortgage:  £50,000

So theres the facts guys, both countries are similar in terms of house price and mortgage value, sudan has the benefit of living right next to the nile but you can't beat that venezuelan charm. Where would you prefer to live?
