Now here we have the Nepal, city of Kathmandu!,
Kathmandu is the capital and largest metropolitan city of Nepal. The city is the urban core of the Kathmandu Valley in the Himalayas, which also contains two sister cities namely Patan or Lalitpur, 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) to its southeast (an ancient city of fine arts and crafts) and Bhaktapur, 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) to its east (city of devotees). It is also acronymed as 'KTM' and named 'tri-city'. Kathmandu valley is only slightly smaller than Singapore in terms of area.

Known since the early 1st century CE as an important trading port between the west and the east, Muscat was ruled by various indigenous tribes as well as foreign powers such as the Persians and the Portuguese Empire at various points in its history. A regional military power in the 18th century, Muscat's influence extended as far as East Africa and Zanzibar.

Mortgage Comparison: Cameroon: Yaoundé vs Angola: Luanda!

Now here we have the Cameroon, city of Yaounde!,
Yaoundé is the capital of Cameroon and second largest city in the country after Douala. It lies in the center of the nation at an elevation of about 750 metres (2,500 ft) above sea level.

Luanda is the capital and largest city of Angola. Mortgage Comparison: Morocco: Rabat vs Kenya: Nairobi!

Now here we have the Morocco, city of Rabat!,
Rabat is the capital and third largest city of the Kingdom of Morocco with a population of approximately 650,000 (2010). It is also the capital of the Rabat-Salé-Zemmour-Zaer region. The city is located on the Atlantic Ocean at the mouth of the river Bou Regreg. On the facing shore of the river lies Salé, Rabat's bedroom community. Together with Temara the cities account for a combined metropolitan population of 1.8 million.

Mortgage Comparison: UK: London vs France: Paris!

Now here we have the UK, city of London!,
London is the capital of England and the United Kingdom, the largest metropolitan area in the United Kingdom and the largest urban zone in the European Union by most measures. Mortgage Comparison: Albania: Tirana vs Bulgaria: Sofia!

Now here we have Albania, the city of Tirana!,
Tirana is the capital and the largest city of Albania. Modern Tirana was founded as an Ottoman town in 1614 by Sulejman Bargjini, a local ruler from Mullet, although the area has been continuously inhabited since antiquity. Tirana became Albania's capital city in 1920 and has a population of over 600,000. The city is home to many universities and is the center of the political, economical, and cultural life of the country.
