Mortgage Comparison: Cameroon: Yaoundé vs Angola: Luanda!

Welcome to today's daily mortgage comparison! Giving you an idea of mortgage comparisons from all around the world ;D

Now here we have the Cameroon, city of Yaounde!,
Yaoundé is the capital of Cameroon and second largest city in the country after Douala. It lies in the center of the nation at an elevation of about 750 metres (2,500 ft) above sea level.

And here we have Angola, the city of Luanda!
Luanda is the capital and largest city of Angola. Located on Angola's coast with the Atlantic Ocean, Luanda is both Angola's chief seaport and administrative center and has a population of at least 5 million (2008). It is also the capital city of Luanda Province. The city is currently undergoing a major reconstruction, with many large developments taking place that will alter the cityscape significantly.

Average Mortgage:  $31,000


So theres the facts guys, Angola is cheaper to live but Cameroon has a slightly higher standard of living, very close geographically aswell, where would you rather live? ;D

  11. The picture of Yaoundé that you posted is a very nice view with lots of trees. I like trees a lot, so that's getting my vote today!
