Mortgage Comparison: China: Beijing vs Denmark: Copenhagen!

So heres today's daily fix of mortgage comparisons! Just to give you an idea of mortgage prices in other places in the world! ;D

Now here we have China, the city of Beijing!,
Beijing is a metropolis in Northern China, and the capital of the People's Republic of China. Governed as a municipality under direct administration of the central government, Beijing borders Hebei Province to the north, west, south, and for a small section in the east, and Tianjin Municipality to the southeast.[4] Beijing is one of the Four Great Ancient Capitals of China.

And here we have Denmark, the city of Copenhagen!
Copenhagen is the capital and largest city of Denmark, with an urban population of 1,199,224 (2011) and a metropolitan population of 1,914,865 (2011). Copenhagen is situated on the islands of Zealand and Amager.

Average House Price: £230,00
Average Mortgage:  £250,000

So theres the facts guys, denmark is more expensive to live, i guess if your a fan of communism then beijing is the place to be, if you loving democracy then hitup copenhagen ;D
