IM BACK!! Daily Mortgage Comparisons!: Tunisia vs Libya !

Heya guys!

As the title suggests i am back in business, providing the best daily mortgage comparison updates anywhere on the web.

Just to briefly explain my recent absense, my computer had multiple hardware issues requiring expensive upgrades, due to a recent small windfall early this month i'm able to get it back up and running ;D

BUT! back to what you've all been eagerly awaiting...

So lets kick things off with Tunisia, the city of Tunis!,
Tunis is the capital of both Tunisia and the Tunis Governorate. It is Tunisia's largest city, with a population of 728,453 as of 2004; the greater metropolitan area holds some 2,412,500 inhabitants.

Average House Price: £90,200
Average Mortgage:  £104,000

And here we have Libya, the city of Tripoli!
Tripoli  has a population of 1,065,405 (2006 census). The city is located in the northwest of the country on the edge of the desert, on a point of rocky land projecting into the Mediterranean Sea and forming a bay. Tripoli was founded in the 7th century BC by the Phoenicians, who named it Oea.

Average House Price: £63,000
Average Mortgage:  £70,300

So theres the facts guys, Libya is the cheaper place to live but you'd have to put up with Gaddafi supressing your democracy on a daily basis, where would you prefer to live? ;D
