Mortgage Comparison: USA: Omaha vs USA: Raleigh!

Welcome to today's daily mortgage comparison! Giving you mortgage comparisons from two of the biggest cities in the USA!

Now here we have the USA, city of Omaha!,
Omaha is the largest city in the state of Nebraska, United States, and is the county seat of Douglas County. It is located in the Midwestern United States on the Missouri River, about 20 miles (30 km) north of the mouth of the Platte River. Omaha is the anchor of the Omaha-Council Bluffs metropolitan area, which includes Council Bluffs, Iowa, across the Missouri River from Omaha.

And here we have the USA, the city of Raleigh!
Raleigh is the capital city and the second largest city in the state of North Carolina as well as the seat of Wake County. Raleigh is known as the "City of Oaks" for its many oak trees. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city's 2010 population was 403,892, over an area of 142.8 square miles (369.85 km²), making Raleigh currently the 43rd largest city in the United States. It is also one of the fastest growing cities in the country. The city of Raleigh is named after Sir Walter Raleigh.

So theres the facts guys, Raleigh has amazing weather/climate but Omaha is cheaper! definatly a hard decision but where would you rather live? ;D

  18. I'm really surprised. I figured Raleigh would be cheaper. I have family there so I guess my decision falls with the more expensive unfortunately.

  22. Omaha has a beautiful sky, but I'm quite sure it doesn't always look like that. I prefer the blue color of Raleigh :)
