So theres the facts guys, Mesa is more expensive but Virginia Beach has its own charm! definatly a hard decision but where would you rather live? ;D
I used to live in Suffolk, Va, near Virginia Beach, I will always consider it a home. Virginia Beach is also one of the healthiest cities in the country.
