Mortgage Comparison: Indonesia: Jakarta vs Pakistan: Islamabad!

Now here we have Indonesia, the city of Jakarta!,
Jakarta is the capital and largest city of Indonesia. Located on the northwest coast of Java, it has an area of 661 square kilometres (255 sq mi) and a 2010 census count population of 9,580,000. Jakarta is the country's economic, cultural and political centre. It is the most populous city in Indonesia and in Southeast Asia, and is the tenth-largest city in the world. The urban area, Jabodetabek, is the second largest in the world. Jakarta is listed as a global city in the 2008 Globalization and World Cities Study Group and Network (GaWC) research

And here we have Pakistan, the city of Islamabad!
Islamabad is the capital of Pakistan and the tenth largest city in the country. The population of the city has increased from 100,000 in 1951 to 1.21 million in 2009. The Rawalpindi/Islamabad Metropolitan Area is the third largest in Pakistan with a population of over 4.5 million inhabitants

So theres the facts guys, Pakistan is slightly more expensive but Indonesia has its own subtle charm, where would you prefer to live? ;D
