Now here we have the US,
California specifically, clearly an amazing place to live:
You know what they say, the sun is always shining in California ;D
Average House Price: $172,000
Average Mortgage: $250,000
VS
Greece:
Ill admit both places look amazing, making a true comparison quite difficult
Average House Price: €148,000
Average Mortgage: €220,000
So theres the facts guys, greece is cheaper to live in but the economy sucks after the bank colapse, what you think of this mortgage comparison? Where would you prefer to live? ;D
Definitely California.
ReplyDeleteGreece is beautiful, but their economy is absolutely awful. Nice place to visit, I'm sure, but not where I'd want to spend my years haha
