Mortgage Comparison: UK: Southampton vs UK: Reading!

Welcome to today's daily mortgage comparison! Giving you mortgage comparisons from two of the biggest cities in the UK!

Now here we have the UK, city of Southampton!,
Southampton is the largest city in the county of Hampshire on the south coast of England, and is situated 120 kilometres (75 mi) south-west of London and 30 kilometres (19 mi) north-west of Portsmouth. Southampton is a major port and the closest city to the New Forest. It lies at the northernmost point of Southampton Water at the confluence of the River Test and River Itchen, with the River Hamble joining to the south of the urban area. The local authority is Southampton City Council, which is a unitary authority.

And here we have the UK, the city of Reading!
Reading is a large town and unitary authority area in England, located at the confluence of the River Thames and River Kennet, and on both the Great Western Main Line railway and the M4 motorway, some 40 miles (64 km) west of London.
For ceremonial purposes it is in the Royal County of Berkshire and has served as the county town since 1867. The demonym for a person from Reading is Readingensian, synonymous with the local Rugby team Redingensians based in Sonning and former members of Reading School.

So theres the facts guys, Reading is more expensive this time, but is it a better place to live than Southampton? ;D
