Mortgage Comparison: USA: Philadelphia vs USA: Phoenix!

Now here we have the USA, city of Philadelphia!,

So theres the facts guys, Phoenix is slightly cheaper but Philly is home to the fresh prince himself! definatly a hard decision but where would you rather live? ;D

  14. I'm going with Phili, they got cheesesteaks. Phoenix is in the desert and full of idiots as far as I can tell. Really, rather then the value of homes, the number of degrees held seems more important to me, the place will be more expensive to live, but you will have better neighbors.

  17. Probably Philadelphia. Sounds more appealing that Arizona. Plus I heard vampires lived in Arizona :D

  23. Without knowing 'that' much about either city, I guess I'd rather live in Phoenix. I do like city-scapes but that picture with the mountain is far too inviting.
