Mortgage Comparison: USA: El Paso vs USA: Memphis!

Welcome to today's daily mortgage comparison! Giving you mortgage comparisons from two of the biggest cities in the USA!

Now here we have the USA, city of El Paso!,
El Paso is a city in and the county seat of El Paso County, Texas, United States, and lies in West Texas. In the 2010 census, the city had a population of 649,121.] It is the sixth-largest city in Texas and the 19th-largest city in the United States. Its metropolitan area covers all of El Paso County, whose population in the 2010 census was 800,647.

And here we have the USA, the city of Memphis!
Memphis is a city in the southwestern corner of the U.S. state of Tennessee, and the county seat of Shelby County. The city is located on the 4th Chickasaw Bluff, south of the confluence of the Wolf and Mississippi rivers.
Average House Price: $213,000
Average Mortgage:  $227,000


So theres the facts guys, both cities are reasonably close price wise, this comparison is more a matter of choice than expense! definatly a hard decision but where would you rather live? ;D

  5. i heard el paso is spanish and memphis is in the dirty south. i wonder if lil jon is in the dirty south so i can live there having fun crunking around
