Mortgage Comparison: USA: Dallas vs USA: San Jose!

Welcome to today's daily mortgage comparison! Giving you mortgage comparisons from two of the biggest cities in the USA!

Now here we have the USA, city of Dallas!,
Dallas is the third-largest city in Texas and the ninth-largest in the United States. The Dallas Metropolitan Area is the fourth largest in the United States. Divided between Collin, Dallas, Denton, Kaufman, and Rockwall counties, the city had a 2010 population of approximately 1.2 million, according to the United States Census Bureau. The city is the largest economic center of the 12-county Dallas–Fort Worth–Arlington metropolitan area that according to the March 2010 U.S. Census Bureau release, had a population of roughly 6.5 million as of July 2009. The metropolitan area is the largest metropolitan area in the South and fourth-largest metropolitan area in the United States.

And here we have the USA, the city of San Jose!
San Jose is the third-largest city in California, the tenth-largest in the U.S., and the county seat of Santa Clara County. It is located at the southern end of San Francisco Bay. The San Jose/Silicon Valley area is a major component of the greater San Francisco Bay Area, a region of nearly 7.5 million people. San Jose was founded on November 29, 1777, as El Pueblo de San José de Guadalupe, the first town in the Spanish colony of Nueva California, which later became Alta California. The city served as a farming community to support Spanish military installations at San Francisco and Monterey. When California gained statehood in 1850, San Jose served as its first capital.

So theres the facts guys, San Jose is cheaper but Dallas has a unique atmosphere that is hard to compare to another city! definatly a hard decision but where would you rather live? ;D

  12. Would opt for San Jose just because it's in California.

    Very silly thing like that influence my decisions greatly.

    Also, it's cheaper which is always a bonus!
