Welcome to today's daily mortgage comparison! Giving you mortgage comparisons from two of the biggest cities in the USA!

Now here we have the USA, city of Albuquerque!,
Albuquerque is the largest city in the state of New Mexico, United States. It is the county seat of Bernalillo County and is situated in the central part of the state, straddling the Rio Grande. The city population was 545,852 as of the 2010 Census and ranks as the 32nd-largest city in the U.S. As of June 2007, the city was the sixth fastest-growing in America. It has a metropolitan population of 887,077 as of 2010.

So theres the facts guys, both cities are reasonably close price wise, this comparison is more a matter of choice than expense! definatly a hard decision but where would you rather live? ;D

  5. is the average Mortgage being 20 - 30K higher then the house price a factor of the declining market or something else?

  10. I would go for Tucson as the information that you supply indicates more employment opportunities. Plus the house prices are a bit more attractive.

  15. Its interesting to see the differences of mortgage in different states. I live in Miami and i'm sure we are in the top 3 of highest mortgage.
