Mortgage Comparison: Germany: Berlin vs Cuba: Havana !

Another dose of average mortgage comparisons, for anyone who's dreamed of packing up and moving somewhere new and exciting, this blogs for you baby ;D

Now here we have Germany, the city of Berlin!,
Berlin is the capital city of Germany, and is one of the sixteen states of Germany. It has a population of 3.4 million people, and is Germany's largest city. It is the second most populous city proper and the eighth most populous urban area in the European Union. Located in northeastern Germany, it is the center of the Berlin-Brandenburg Metropolitan Area, comprising 5 million people from over 190 nations. Geographically embedded in the European Plains, Berlin is influenced by a temperate seasonal climate. Around one third of the city's territory is composed of forests, parks, gardens, rivers and lakes.

And here we have Cuba, the city of Havana!
Havana is the capital city, major port, and leading commercial centre of Cuba. The city is one of the 14 Cuban provinces. The city/province has 2.1 million inhabitants, the largest city in Cuba and the second largest in the Caribbean region, after Santo Domingo.[4] The city extends mostly westward and southward from the bay, which is entered through a narrow inlet and which divides into three main harbours: Marimelena, Guanabacoa, and Atarés. The sluggish Almendares River traverses the city from south to north, entering the Straits of Florida a few miles west of the bay.

Average Mortgage:  $142,000

So theres the facts guys, cuba is cheaper to live in, the mortgage price being lower in comparison to berlin. But could you put up with castro?  Where would you prefer to live? ;D

  13. Well, I know I've always wanted to visit Cuba, but from what I've heard from some people it's not bad to live there... Not all the time at least. I don't think I would ever want to live in berlin to be honest.
