Mortgage Comparison: France: Paris vs Japan: Tokyo !

Just another blast of average mortgage comparisons ;D

Now here we have France, the city of Paris!,
Paris is the capital and largest city in France, situated on the river Seine, in northern France, at the heart of the Île-de-France region. The city of Paris, within its administrative limits largely unchanged since 1860, has an estimated population of 2,193,031 (January 2007), but the Paris metropolitan area has a population of 11,836,970 (January 2007), and is one of the most populated metropolitan areas in Europe.

And here we have Japan, the city of Tokyo!
Tokyo officially Tokyo Metropolis (東京都, Tōkyō-to?), is one of the 47 prefectures of Japan. It is located on the eastern side of the main island Honshū and includes the Izu Islands and Ogasawara Islands. Tokyo Metropolis was formed in 1943 from the merger of the former Tokyo Prefecture (東京府, Tōkyō-fu?) and the city of Tokyo (東京市, Tōkyō-shi?). Tokyo is the capital of Japan, the center of the Greater Tokyo Area, and the largest metropolitan area of Japan. It is the seat of the Japanese government and the Imperial Palace, and the home of the Japanese Imperial Family.

Average Mortgage:  ¥62 000 000

So theres the facts guys, paris is cheaper on this occasion but tokyo is a completely unique and amazing place. Where would you prefer to live? ;D

  4. Paris is very cool, been there once but I doesn't differ too much from where I live.

    So I would definitely chose Japan, Tokyo, a whole new experience !
