IM BACK!! Daily Mortgage Comparisons!: Tunisia vs Libya !

Heya guys!

As the title suggests i am back in business, providing the best daily mortgage comparison updates anywhere on the web.

Just to briefly explain my recent absense, my computer had multiple hardware issues requiring expensive upgrades, due to a recent small windfall early this month i'm able to get it back up and running ;D


BUT! back to what you've all been eagerly awaiting...

So lets kick things off with Tunisia, the city of Tunis!,
Tunis is the capital of both Tunisia and the Tunis Governorate. It is Tunisia's largest city, with a population of 728,453 as of 2004; the greater metropolitan area holds some 2,412,500 inhabitants.

And here we have Libya, the city of Tripoli!
Tripoli  has a population of 1,065,405 (2006 census). The city is located in the northwest of the country on the edge of the desert, on a point of rocky land projecting into the Mediterranean Sea and forming a bay. Tripoli was founded in the 7th century BC by the Phoenicians, who named it Oea.

Average House Price: £63,000
Average Mortgage:  £70,300

So theres the facts guys, Libya is the cheaper place to live but you'd have to put up with Gaddafi supressing your democracy on a daily basis, where would you prefer to live? ;D

Mortgage Comparison: India: Mumbai vs Canada: Toronto !

So heres today's daily fix of mortgage comparisons! Just to give you an idea of mortgage prices in other places in the world! ;D

Now here we have India, the city of Mumbai!,
Mumbai is the capital of the Indian state of Maharashtra. It is the most populous city in India, and the second most populous city in the world, with a population of approximately 14 million. Along with the neighbouring urban areas, including the cities of Navi Mumbai and Thane, it is one of the most populous urban regions in the world. Mumbai lies on the west coast of India and has a deep natural harbour. As of 2009, Mumbai was named an Alpha world city. Mumbai is also the richest city in India, and has the highest GDP of any city in South, West or Central Asia.

And here we have Canada, the city of Toronto!
Toronto is the provincial capital of Ontario, and the largest city in Canada. It is located in Southern Ontario on the northwestern shore of Lake Ontario. Toronto is at the heart of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and is part of a densely populated region in Southern Ontario known as the Golden Horseshoe, which is home to over 8.1 million residents—approximately 25% of Canada's population. The census metropolitan area (CMA) had a population of 5,113,149, and the Greater Toronto Area had a population of 5,555,912 in the 2006 Census

So theres the facts guys, Mumbai is cheaper on this occasion but Toronto has a higher standard of living, Where would you prefer to live? ;D
